Sales Account Executive

hybrid
1170 Birchmount Road, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M1P 2C1
full-time . August 12, 2026

Description

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Financial Services clients. This role
is built for someone who likes selling into complex, high value environments like banks, wealth and asset management,
capital markets, payments, and fintech. AIIM is already a proven partner in this space. We run high volume, high
integrity client communications programs that financial institutions rely on, including transactional print and mail such
as statements, notices, and regulated communications, along with direct mail that is targeted, personalized, and
measurable.

What makes this role interesting right now is where the market is heading. Financial institutions are modernizing fast,
and customer communications are evolving with data, automation, CRM integrations, reporting, and omnichannel
delivery. Print and mail are still a critical part of the mix, and the winners are the partners who can combine rock solid
execution with modern workflow thinking. That is exactly where AIIM plays.

This is a 70% account management and 30% business development role. The core job is to grow what you already have,
expand relationships, and take share inside existing accounts, while also building net new relationships within Financial
Services. You will work directly with internal teams across Customer Experience, Estimating, Production, Data, and IT
to scope the right solutions, price them properly, and deliver consistently. Culturally, this is not a slow moving, layered
organization. It is a place where people take ownership, move quickly, and support each other. We work hard, we like
to win, and we keep it fun while we do it. As we continue to grow, there is real opportunity here to influence what we
prioritize, which solutions we bring forward, and how we keep raising the bar for clients. You will have access to
leadership, visibility into the business, and the ability to make a meaningful impact in a market we already know well.
Experience selling into Financial Services is important. Background in transactional mail, direct mail, digital print, and
client communications is a strong asset. Experience with large format or wide format is a nice-to-have.
