Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
As Marketing Specialist, you will own AIIM’s lead generation engine and day-to-day marketing execution. Your primary focus is driving pipeline for Sales through search, social, and website performance.
This role is accountable for generating qualified inbound demand and ensuring all lead activity is captured, tracked, and measured in HubSpot Marketing. You will own Google Ads, paid and organic social, website content, landing pages, forms, and conversion paths that turn interest into leads, while ensuring campaign performance and lead flow are fully visible.
You will work directly with Sales to align campaigns to real opportunities, priority accounts, and target verticals. Marketing at AIIM is expected to contribute to revenue, not just activity.

JOB KNOWLEDGE
Education
Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field
Experience
3+ years in a hands-on B2B marketing role with direct responsibility for lead generation and digital campaign execution
Proven experience running Google Ads and paid social campaigns tied to measurable results
Experience owning website content and conversion, including landing pages, forms, and SEO fundamentals
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, GA4, and WordPress, with the ability to build, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end
Skills
Strong understanding of demand generation and how to convert traffic into qualified leads
Ability to connect marketing activity to Sales outcomes and pipeline impact
Strong writing and messaging skills, able to translate complex services into clear, conversion-focused content
Hands-on execution across digital channels with a bias toward testing, learning, and improving quickly
Comfort working directly with Sales to align marketing efforts to real opportunities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own AIIM’s lead generation strategy and execution across Google Ads, paid social, and organic channels
- Own website performance in WordPress, including service pages, landing pages, forms, and conversion paths
- Build and manage campaigns designed to generate inbound leads aligned to Sales priorities and target industries
- Develop and optimize landing pages and offers that convert traffic into qualified opportunities
- Own the connection between all marketing activity and HubSpot Marketing to ensure leads are properly captured, tracked, measured, and reported
- Manage HubSpot marketing execution, including forms, landing pages, email campaigns, workflows, and lead lifecycle tracking
- Track, measure, and report on performance using HubSpot and GA4, with a focus on lead volume, conversion rates, source performance, and pipeline contribution
- Manage and improve SEO and search visibility through content updates and on-page optimization
- Execute and manage social media strategy across organic and paid channels with a focus on reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Work directly with Sales to align campaigns to real opportunities, priority accounts, and vertical focus areas
- Support the creation of website content, case studies, and messaging that improves conversion and credibility
- Continuously test and improve campaigns, landing pages, and messaging to increase lead volume and quality
- Coordinate with external partners where needed for web, design, or paid media execution
