Project Manager, Solutions & Delivery
Description
Role Purpose
The Senior Project Manager, Solutions & Delivery is responsible for planning and delivering key initiatives and client programs with discipline, structure, and accountability.
Reporting to the VP, Solutions & Delivery, this role ensures that projects and onboarding initiatives are executed on time, on scope, and with a high-quality client experience.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Project Execution
- Manage delivery of key initiatives, including:
- Selected ERP implementation
- Platform and system integration projects
- Workflow and automation improvements
- Ensure projects are:
- Clearly scoped with defined deliverables
- Delivered on time, on scope, and with quality
2. Drive Project Discipline
- Develop and maintain:
- Project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Dependency tracking and resource coordination
- Risk logs and issue resolution
- Apply consistent project management standards and tools
3. Coordinate Across Teams
- Work cross-functionally with:
- Solutions & Delivery teams
- Product Management
- Infrastructure & Compliance
- Operations and client-facing teams
Ensure alignment, clarity, and forward momentum across all stakeholders
4. Support Planning & Capacity Visibility
- Provide visibility into:
- Project timelines and overlaps
- Resource constraints and risks
- Escalate conflicts and recommend adjustments to support delivery
5. Drive Visibility & Reporting
- Maintain clear reporting on:
- Project status and milestones
- Risks, blockers, and dependencies
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
6. Manage Client Onboarding & Expansion Projects
- Plan and manage onboarding and new client initiatives, including:
- New client onboarding (Entry)
- New programs with existing clients (Expansion)
- Ensure onboarding projects are:
- Well-structured and clearly defined
- Delivered with speed, consistency, and minimal friction
- Partner with Professional Services to:
- Improve onboarding timelines and execution
- Reduce delays, rework, and variability

- Successful delivery of Selected ERP milestones
- Projects consistently delivered on time and on scope
- Improved coordination and fewer execution delays
- Faster, more predictable client onboarding and program launches
- Reduced rework and improved delivery consistency
- Clear visibility into all active projects and risks
